JS asked for further information regarding collection of rubbish bins from cricket
club and for help obtaining grant information from Ledbury Town Council.
PB reported on over 400 objections against application of chicken houses at

6 Parish Precept for 2015/16
Budget reviewed by all and was suggested by RS to increase precept to £3800
this was agreed by all present.
7 Consider request for maintenance grant for Donnington Churchyard
SR declared an interest as her son carries out work on maintenance to the churchyard.
RS and CSD requested a grant from the parish council towards annual maintenance
of the churchyard. Maintenance is currently costing £900 per year. Clerk to
forward Grant/Donations Policy to CSD. To be discussed at next meeting.

Outstanding Issues Eastnor:
Concealed drives, railway bridge weight limit, bin in Woodcutters Yard and salt bin in
Clenchers Mill Lane.
Outstanding Issues Donnington:
Traffic in lanes and satnav
Neil James to meet SR and CSD for site visits in Eastnor and Donnington.
Ledbury Rural Cluster Group now to meet informally and no financial contributions
to be made in future.
