Accounts checked and internally audited by David Houghton. Accounts were found to
be in first class order and straight forward to examine. David saves the parish council
money every year by not charging for this service.

Clerk has e-mailed new locality steward – Neil James with outstanding issues and
forwarded parish council meeting dates for the rest of the year.
Outstanding Issues Eastnor:
Concealed drives, railway bridge weight limit, bin in Woodcutters Yard and salt bin in
Clenchers Mill Lane.

8 Ledbury Locality Cluster Groups of Parish Councils
Cllr Bettington gave update on the future of the cluster group. Next cluster group
meeting on Wednesday 17th September 2014 at Mathon Village Hall.
